Premier Inn London Greenwich hotel

Room was great other than a couple of minor issue, roofing panels not fitted right and a mysterious stain on the headboard. Otherwise completely fine. Staffing was minimal, which is just the usual case now, but the staff I did encounter were polite and friendly. Location, does it really matter if you need a hotel? It’s close to shops, not too long of a walk towards Cutty Sark and near a lot of connector networks

The receptionist Peter was absolutely amazing, his service was spectacular, so friendly and accommodating. The hotel itself was exceptionally clean and our room was also amazing. 100% recommend.

The rooms were the consistent standard renown for Premier Inn, with an excellent service from every staff member we encountered, with a special mention to Nico.

Service was great, location was ok with it being 12 minutes from the 02. However the room was very cold Even with the heating on. It was a very loud room with every conversation and car being heard from outside right up to 1am. And the worst thing about the room was... Don't try to be " Romantic" on the bed as it has clearly had better days from many others as the creaking and squeaks from it are very off-putting....change the bed frame in room 207.

Stayed here the last couple of weeks for work with 4 colleagues, the 1st few nights where Ok & breakfast is good, however the night time meals are very hit and miss, as nobody seems to be in charge, i.e. people are, wandering into the restraint area to see if there is someone to serve them at the bar etc, we booked a table for 18:45 & we where still awaiting for our order to be taken at 19:45, one of my colleagues asked politely if our table could be serviced and they just looked and ignored him, he came back to the table and we could hear the staff laughing and joking to each other, after an additional 15 minutes we decided to try to find an alternative place to eat, we informed a member of staff of the situation and the reply was "its not my fault we are short staffed" even though the restaurant was only at approximately 20% capacity, unfortunately we have been booked in for another 4 weeks so currently negotiating a move with the office, If you have the same situation I can however recommend a restraint literally 2 minutes walk away, will be eating there from now on. UPDATE fare is fare to be honest since my original review this has changed as they have a few new key staff, nicholas is very professional and polite, this is the main reason i'm reviewing my original review things have changed with waiting and the food has improved, well done.

Good room, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Provides extra cushions and towels if needed. Only one tea bag in room, had to ask for more and the person at front desk was very accommodating. Location is good, 5 mins walk from DLR.

Shower temperature was stuck on hot but still 5 stars because maintenance attended while we were out and fixed it. Rooms clean and everything we needed supplied. Perfect location in Greenwich for us. Full breakfast options and cooked fresh and hot, croissants best I’ve ever had! All Staff friendly, professional and worked hard on a very busy weekend to keep everything running smoothly.

Perfect, lovely twin room, great shower, car parking next to hotel and very near DLR stations. We were going to the O2 all worked out brilliantly. Enjoyed the breakfast too
